Corporate Event Photographer in the Hudson Valley & Catskills
Your Offsite Deserves More Than Someone’s Phone on a Timer
Your company is spending real money to bring people together at a Hudson Valley venue. The hotel, the catering, the travel — and then someone says “Brenda has a nice phone, she can take pictures.”
Brenda’s great. But Brenda is also trying to participate in the event, which means you end up with 200 blurry photos of the salad course and zero usable shots of your CEO giving the keynote.
I’ve been a professional event photographer for 25 years. My background is in photojournalism — documenting real moments as they happen, without staging or disrupting the event. I photograph corporate events the same way: fast, quiet, invisible until the moment matters.
Corporate Event Photography & Videography Services
Documentary Event Coverage
Keynotes, breakout sessions, team activities, meals, candid networking moments. I photograph corporate events the way they actually happen — not posed tableaux of people pretending to network.
Conference Photography
Whether it’s conference photography for a multi-day industry event or half-day offsite coverage, the approach is the same: get the shots that tell the story of your event without getting in the way of it.
Corporate Headshots & Team Photo Sessions
While I’m already on-site for your event, I can set up a headshot station and run your entire team through it during a break. Consistent lighting, consistent background, consistent results — everyone gets a usable headshot in the same session.
I typically budget 5–10 minutes per person, which means team headshots for a group of 20 takes about two hours. For a group of 50, plan a half-day station.
This also works as a standalone service if you don’t need event coverage — just the headshots. I bring everything: backdrop, lights, and a portable studio setup that works in any conference room.
Event Videography & Photo Coverage
Same event, same team, both formats. I work as both a corporate event photographer and corporate event videographer — which means you get consistent coverage without coordinating two separate crews.
Corporate Group Photos & Posed Portraits
Yes, I do these too. Departmental groups, the full company corporate group photo, leadership team portraits, and individual posed shots. Scheduled into the event so they don’t eat up the whole afternoon.
Corporate Event Photo Booth
I bring a full corporate photo booth setup for events that want something interactive. It’s popular at company parties, team-building events, and holiday parties — but it works just as well at a conference where you want a branded, shareable experience.
The photo booth includes setup, an attendant, on-site prints, and digital copies of every photo sent directly to guests. Branding and custom overlays available.

Why a Wedding Photographer Is the Best Corporate Event Photographer
This isn’t as weird as it sounds. Think about it: weddings are high-stakes, fast-moving events where I have one chance to capture every moment, the lighting is unpredictable, the timeline never goes as planned, and nobody is going to stop and pose for me. Sound familiar?
After 500+ weddings, I can walk into any event space and immediately know where the light is, where the speaker is going to stand, and where the interesting moments are going to happen before they happen.
I’ve already shot at most of these venues. I know the rooms, the outdoor spaces, and where to stand to get the CEO walking to the podium without backlight killing the shot.
Corporate Retreat Venues in the Hudson Valley & Catskills
I’ve photographed events at dozens of corporate retreat venues across the region. If your corporate retreat or offsite is at one of the following, I’ve probably already been there:
Troutbeck, Wildflower Farms, Callicoon Hills, Scribner’s Lodge, The Roundhouse, Hasbrouck House, Saugerties events spaces, DeBruce, The Arnold House, Westchester venues, and dozens more throughout Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, and Columbia Counties.
Don’t see your venue? I’ve probably been there anyway. And if I haven’t, I’ll scout it before the event.
