Corporate event coverage at City Winery, a Hudson NY waterfront venue
Conferences & Galas

I treat your conference like a wedding.

Find the real moments, ignore the staged ones. Twenty-five years of documentary work — for editorial clients, for couples, and for companies that figured out the lineup-shot-against-a-step-and-repeat is not what their team is going to put on the wall.

I shoot conferences, galas, product launches, leadership off-sites, all-hands, board dinners, and the awkward 90-minute window between the panel and the cocktail hour where every actually-useful conversation happens. The job is the same as a wedding day — read the room, get into position, capture what's about to happen before it's already happened.

What I cover

The whole event, not just the main stage.

Conferences

Keynotes, panels, breakouts, hallway track. Speaker portraits during the run-through. The CEO laughing at something their CTO said in the green room — which is the photo your marketing team will use for a year.

Galas & dinners

Cocktail hour, the program, the toast that lands, the toast that doesn't, the moment a donor pulls the founder aside. Shot loose and editorial, not as a yearbook of name-tag lineups.

Launches & off-sites

Product reveals, ribbon cuttings, leadership retreats, multi-day off-sites. I show up early, I stay late, I find the picture that explains what the day was actually about.

How it works

One call, full coverage, fast turnaround.

  1. 01

    30-minute briefing

You walk me through the run-of-show, the must-capture moments, the people I need to recognize on sight, and the angles your comms team needs for next week's deck. I bring a printed schedule on event day.

  2. 02

Coverage by the hour or day

Half-day, full-day, or multi-day. Solo or with a second shooter for multi-track events. I work quietly, no flash on the keynote, fast lenses in the dim breakouts.

  3. 03

Same-night selects, full set in 5 days

20–30 hero images delivered same night for social and PR. Full edited gallery — typically 300–600 images — within a week. Full marketing usage rights, no add-ons.
